The Dawson family had a lovely Summer break, sailing up to the North Sound and Anegada for a few days and some hiking on St John, our sister USVI island.
The bakery is open again at Wickham's Cay 2 and getting back into the swing of things again. School's are starting to go back this week and most folk have returned from their Summer holidays. Lunchtimes are busy again and we've added some new and delicious specials such as flat bread wraps and healthy Packed School Lunches.
A LOT is happening on the Family front: Our first shipment for our new shop is about to be dispatched this week, the Fireproof Building is coming along nicely and we're in full hiring mode.
We are still on track to open the Fireproof Building in October. We have a full programme of events planned in our new space including Baking Master Classes, Seasonal Edible Gift Workshops and Kiddo's Christmas Craft + Cooking Club lined up.
